The project proposal will detail what the team hopes to learn through research in the U.S. and Sierra Leone and will identify questions to be asked and answered in the final paper. This will include putting in articles for Desk Review related to your Terms of Reference (TOR) that you are creating in your paper. It needs to address research, funding potentials, and write a grant based on what has already been done.
� Develop and present a project proposal including the rationale and questions to be addressed in the area selected (see more information below).
� Look at systems building approach to disaster as well as in relation to each area.
� Look at Participatory Action Research (PAR) in relation to your work.
� Projects will be critiqued by a group of professionals from Sierra Leone that have both experienced a past crisis and worked to put systems in place as well as peer reviewed.
� We will have mock reporters and other media personnel in attendance asking questions.

This is an actual field experience that I and two other members will be participating in with the Lemon Aid Fund in Sierra Leone, Africa. You can view their website, and their research with forgiveness. I would like to incorporate Enright’s Forgiveness Model, and The Stanford University Forgiveness Project. I need several scholarly articles relates to forgiveness/trauma/healing that can be linked to Sierra Leone.
There is a training posted to the threads this is what we have been using. We also have some research which I will put up the raw data that you can play with. I also will put up a research project we wrote with forgiveness that you can look at and then look for research on the web potentially rewrite the grant. You can then offer as your service a training on something you have learned, know, think would help the forgiveness group or work with them on a training and invite some other your call.

Make it what you want but use what the forgiveness team has already developed. Do what would help you on your own research. This is the beauty of the FE.
