The basic premise of the case is that Ms. Hargrove says she got her neighbor DISH TV installed in her name because the neighbor (Cruz) owed the tv company money and couldn’t get it in her name. I have uploaded the recording of the case.

The paper should talk about the case and the legal issues at hand…..such as Ms. Hargrove signed the contract and had it in her name…..however Ms. Cruz did show intent by paying the bill for months as well as letting the company install the equipment in her apartment.
