Part 1: write up of your case study analysis (approximately 6 pages)
Part 2: discuss the implications for HRM practitioner of your case study analysis (approximately 2 pages)

2) Synthesis of theory/data, integration of theory and the findings from case study Company (30%)
3) Tight structure (introduction, argument, conclusion), addressed key elements as outlined in the assignment brief (10&)
4) Adequacy and acknowledgement of sources (10%)
5) Acknowledgement of feedback (10%)
Assignment must be presented in the following format:
1) assignments must be word-processed in 11 font Arial and double spaced
